Terms and conditions

The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) apply to all our services and are binding for everyone who uses them.

Prices shown

All prices on oudebierhuys.nl and in printed publications of Logement ’t Oude Bierhuys are exclusive of tourist tax and any surcharges.

Cancellation policy

For (online) reservations, no costs are charged for cancellations up to 7 days before 3 pm on the arrival date. If you cancel after this time or do not arrive (no-show), 100% of the reservation value* will be charged.

Your room reservation is guaranteed until 7 pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive later, please let us know in good time. Cancellations must always be confirmed to us in writing by e-mail.

* reservation value = confirmed price × number of nights reserved.
