You can consult the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH). These are binding for everyone who uses our services. In addition, on this page you will find more information regarding the prices shown on all our websites and the cancellation conditions.
Prices shown
All prices mentioned on the website “Oudebierhuys.nl” and all printed publications and advertisements of Logement ‘t Oude Bierhuys are exclusive of accommodation tax and any surcharges.
Cancellation policy
For (online) hotel reservations, no costs will be charged for cancellations up to 7 days prior to 3 p.m. on the arrival date. If you cancel after this time or if you do not come (no-show), 100% of the reservation value * will be charged.
Your room reservation is guaranteed until 7 pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive later, we advise you to inform the hotel reception in good time. Cancellations must always be confirmed to us in writing by e-mail.
* the reservation value = confirmed price multiplied by the number of nights reserved.
